All I wanted to do was develop with the Facebook Connect library and before I knew it, I was going down some deep rabbit hole, having to download the right version of XCode (I hadn&#039;t upgraded it since upgrading from Tiger to Leopard), and then updating my Port install before being able to rebuild curl with SSL..just so I could log in. :D

But I could have tried deactivating instead of uninstalling for git-core (should have read until the end :-P ).

Anyway, this one really helped me, git is working fine and curl now &quot;speaks&quot; https. Thank you guys!</description>
